These Luxor TC series utility carts are made of high density polyethylene structural foam molded plastic shelves and legs that won't stain, scratch, dent or rust. This TC111 cart is three tub shelves 24"D x 32"W x 37 1/4"H. Clearance between shelves is 10 3/4".Optional surge suppressing electrical assembly has 3-outlets 360 degree swivel cord wrap that attaches to the leg of your choice. This is a heavy duty cart. Be sure to have a rubber mallet on hand to pound the poles and the wheels in...or else you'll have to flip it over and use all your body weight.

I have this cart and I've been using it for 4 months. Upon receipt (from another seller), the bottom shelf was cracked on the side. So I got another one sent and put it together again and noticed that one of the plastic tube supports was split. I use this cart all the time and its very convenient to have this cart available to put things on and won't scratch anything. The plastic seems strong, but this is my experience.
