To be fair, this is the first fan I've ever bought that cost more than $100, so I don't really have anything to compare it to... But I owned and installed a number of the more common ceiling fans from Home Depot and elsewhere.This fan is nicer in almost every way relative to the cheaper fans. It was easy to install. The instructions were reasonably clear. The parts fit together as suggested. Three blades meant less attachments. And the light installed quite easily.The biggest challenge was installing the controls. This fan comes with a control that you can use like a remote or mount into a gang switch. I was replacing a fan with separate light and fan speed controls. I had to bypass the fan switch in the switch housing and terminate the power line for the old light. I now need to find a replacement face plate for the switch.The fan motor is inside the chrome ball mounted flush to the ceiling. A very short down tube connects to the blade housing and light fixture. Everything is chrome but the blades are a pewter color. The control lets you switch fan speeds, change fan directions, and control the light level. The light remember the last dimmer setting and returns to it when the power is cycled.Two odd things:1. The light uses a very small G9 JCD 100-watt halogen bulb. It puts out plenty of light but I hope it either lasts a long time or is easy to find. Love the fan

Love this fan. I bought the fan for my soon-to-be remodeled kitchen eating area. That was October and the kitchen still isn't done. But the fan looks great. It's even going to look better with a table under it.It is not a large kitchen, but we had the drop ceilings removed and now we're at 8 1/2' ceiling. First opened the box and thought I'd lost my mind because it was too bulky. (Good thing I didn't buy a larger fan.) The drop is no greater than many, but it definitely has mass. However, it is very cool mass. The color isn't really nickel, it's a bit brownish, but looks great near my stainless fridge and the rest of the stainless appliances. I think it's the color that diminishes the bulk.It works great. Moves air throughout the kitchen although it is certainly not centered in the kitchen. It is reversible, which multiplies the efficiency of both heat and ac, and comes with all the electronics to make your electrician happy. For those with shorter ceilings, my electrician guys assured me that the stalk could be cut shorter if necessary. I also had pot lights put in, so I didn't end up using the light fixture. They spent time locating the fan so my "pot-light beams/rays" would not become strobe lights. I'm telling you this because it's not something I would have thought of and would in fact find extremely irritating while prepping dinner or eating a great attractive meal. Again, good thing I didn't buy a larger/wider fan.So, 5 stars for the fan and my trusty electrician too.

Perfect for our small bathroom

I am very happy with the sink's height (36") and the sculptural look of the sink with pedestal. The whole setup is compact (sink is a bit shy of 19" at its widest point) without looking pinched—it makes the bathroom appear larger.Our plumber installed the sink without difficulty.If you are considering this model, be aware that the sides of the sink are not wide enough to hold anything bigger than a small hotel soap bar. I bought a wall-mount glass shelf for soap dispenser and such.

A Thing of Beauty

I love everything about this delay pedal. I never thought I could bring myself to spend 600 bones on any guitar pedal, but this thing is uuuuuuuuuh-maaaaaaazzzz-iiiiiiing. Tap delay works like a charm. Being able to adjust how fast the delay fades through an optional foot pedal is a plus. Dotted eighth note for all you U-2 buffs handles flawlessly. The sound of this bucket brigade analog delay is superb. Delay can either taper off into pingy, shimmering highs or into dirty, nasty lows. Being able to store two separate delay times and decays and switch between them basically gives you two different delay pedals in the same casing. The added modulation on the delays that make it warble and whir like an old tape delay. I'd love to buy the cable to try out mixing in other effects into the pedal. If you're looking for the creme de la creme of analog delay, look no further than this amazingly perfect pedal.

So far I am very happy with the jack. I always purchase from amazon but this I did not. The tool company I bought this from was 110.00 buck less. That was to much of a difference to ignore. Sorry amazon, I will update review once we get more use out of it. One note though I did need to spend about ten min going through the air purging routine too get it to work, but once done all is well.

Best molded drop leg for the fnp-45 (also one of the only)

Nice holster. It has a lining to reduce holster wear on your slide. Still not sure how I feel about the thumb break but the pistol sits in this holster solid enough I have been confident to hike with this on and not even have the thumb break engaged. Very comfortable, doesn't bounce around while running. Would be nice to have one that would accept a light but not a big deal. Also this has dropped in price drastically from about a year ago (used to be over 200)

This shoe is a winner!

One of my finer shoe purchases. Sizing & width corresponds to New Balance athletic shoes. Got the Brown in 4E. Great fit and comfort, similar to my Dunham Belmont slip ons and other New Balance shoes. Excellent support and shock absorption during walking and standing. Insole is very cushy, but some arch support would have been nice. Best part about this shoe is that you can wear it with anything, anywhere, and they always look spiffy, as they are almost scuff-proof and do not crease at all (probably due to the center stitching). The shoes invite comments and compliments.....too bad New Balance has decided to discontinue it!

Great fit for narrow foot in b width

great quality, stylish but casual, I have a very narrow foot and ordered the B width. When on It has lace witdh in top of shoe so as leather streches a bit there is still pleanty of room to draw up shoe snug. It does have a lower instep at top so be preapred to open top of shoe completelty to get in and out of shoe. Once on it fits very snug in heel and foot area but still manages a nice toe area which does not cramp toes. they a very light weight . I wear for work all day and do a lot of walking and they are the best fitting narrow shoe I have had to date.Only dislike was the back upper heal area when new. It does tend to drive into upper heel when new. I put a insert inside heel area to take pressue off upper heel till leather has had a chance to loosen up.

Better than first set bought

I bought a set a few years ago for Christmas and the pieces were different colors. Half were red and half were black. I didn't have time to mess with returning them as it was a Santa gift. I tried again this year and was very pleased to find the correct color inside the boxes. The drums sound and look good and were a great value for the price paid.

Decent student kit

This was given to my daughter for her birthday. She is taking drum lessons and I wanted an inexpensive set for her to have at home. She loves the color and the pictures don't really do it justice. Now for the negatives. I knew it would be of a lower quality, due to the price. The shells seem to be pretty sturdy, but the heads and cymbals will need to be upgraded sooner than later. The only real problem I had with the kit is that the wrap on the bass drum was not quite big enough and got trapped when putting on the rings. This caused a wrinkle in the wrap that was easily fixed by loosening the ring and using a butter knife to push the wrap under the ring. All in all this a decent intro kit that can fit an adult at a junior kit price.
