Works great! Endless hot water.

This water heater works perfectly for my needs. I have six children. Cost savings on a water heater was not the issue, running out of hot water was the problem. This heater works perfectly. There is a small time lag (a few seconds) that you have to wait for the hot water. But everyone can shower or bathe as needed, and the hot water keeps coming. This unit will easily support two showers at once. I installed a small undersink electric water heater in the kitchen to even out the time lag at the kitchen sink for instant hot water there and we are happy.

I should have done it sooner,

We are perfectly happy with the Water Heater, we should have changed a long time ago. I could have saved my electric Bill, a lot of money. The extra Money I spend on the Electric bill could have bought the unit in one year. But never to late to change. We submitted for the rebate, to the Gas Company, and the Electric Company, it almost paid for the Unit. Lucky, we found a Contractor that did not mind installing the Unit, I had contacted 3 other Companies, they all said, Oh the Warranty will be no good, Bo Ho, they wanted a large profit from the sale. I filled it out the Warranty papers, myself and sent it in. No Problem, even had a place for the Contractor License. Number. I later found out that the Contractor is one the recommended installers. Noritz has a website that has recommended installers for your area. Unit works great, we are real happy with it, the Electric Bill already shows a savings, and since it is a demand Water Heater, the gas is not always on. Perfect for our needs, even when the kids come home from School, no more cold water. You can use the remote to adjust the Temperature, we left it, as to the Factory Setting, and it is plenty warm. Like I said we should have done this a long time ago. Tankless over Tank Water Heater any Day. It makes economic sense.

Great Product, Great Service from Amazon

When I first ordered this Noritz with Amazon Prime, the product arrived within 2 days with a damaged box and a dented water heater. Initially , the unit looked to be OK, but after removing all the packaging, I found a huge dent. I contacted Amazon, on a Friday, they shipped next day Air Saturday and we had the unit installed the unit that same day. We have unlimited hot water and can run 3-5 faucets at the same time. Dishwasher, Hot Laundry, Bath and shower or Dishwasher, (2) showers and a bath or even 3-4 showers at the same time. We are located in N. California so the weather is normally good, so the time to heat is less than other parts of the country. This is the second Noritz product which I have used and both have been flawless. One thing to note, since this has an electronic ignition, if there is a power outage, the water heater does not work. My solution to fix this is to connect a UPS (Uninterruptible power supply). Awesome! great products!
