Purchase: Extremely well at AmazonShipping & Delivery: Precisely as stated could not have been betterOverall Purchase and delivery: Excellent (exceeded my expectations)Installation:*** Natural Gas Installation handled by independent contractor*** Plumbing and electrical handled by homeowner - be sure to preplan due to the compact nature of a tankless system. Once underway went VERY well. Be sure to purchase and install the flush valves at install and you will thank your stars later as it comes to flushing the system to prevent scale build up (I believe yearly , however I plan on every 6 mo due to ease of use for the flush valves my gas installer told me about) See: [...] or [...]Everyday Operation: Excellent (far exceeds my expectations)
