After reading too many forums and reviews I settled on this over Dynamat and eDead and a few others, based on the positive reviews and cost per sq. foot. This stuff installed great without adhesion problems, and the roller and knife from the kit worked surprisingly well.Other guides and how-tos are absolutely right in regards to application of this kinda stuff: warmer = better. I installed this in my 1973 Mustang in the middle of my driveway in early December in Maine. Used a portable ceramic heater to warm up the interior of the car, and held the pieces once cut right in front of the heat element for a little bit until it was nice and malleable. It adhered much better and was easier to roll firmly into place.Installed two layers in prime areas like foot wells in front of the firewall. I could feel and hear a notable difference once the inside was done: warmer, quieter, and reduced a lot of that metal 'ping' noise. Now its more of a dull 'thud', which should translate to much less road noise and rattle.Good stuff!

Used on maxima. 4 doors, rear shelf, wheel wells & floors. My CDT comp in front & coaxials in rear sound greatly improved. Easy to use and very pliable. Good razor knife (provided with kit)is all you need. A lot cheaper than Dynamat and works equally as well. I have used both and am a die-hard Fatmat fan. Get some and try.

This stuff is super sticky, its way easier to install than dynamat, no heat gun needed. Package'd very neatly,cutter is great, roller is ok but could be built better. Not sure how well it works yet but will post after sterio system is installed, with spec's of the system. Also very fast delivery had it on 5-7 day and got it in 3days. installed 100sq ft so far with another 50sq on order. Hopefully i'll have the whole system installed and tested by the middle of july, so keep an eye out for how i rate it after testing the system.
