What a heavenly instrument. Bought from J&R through amazon. I bought a Walnut colored one and got a Wine Red one shipped to me! The Wine Red is gorgeous and very rich looking. So, no complaint.After 40 years and over a 1000 guitars (I used to be a vintage dealer) I have to say this is a fabulous instrument!1) It sings right out of the box, both acoustically and plugged in. You can't fake that. I think the secret to this great guitar is the soft-V neck and substantial headstock.2) This is one of the best feeling necks I've ever played. GREAT NECK. You simply must try one.3) Fit and finish was a 10. Look at the fit and finish on a $3000 Gibson. DBZ kicks their duff everytime!!!4) Contacted DBZ and was put right to the owner who was really a pleasure. Trust me I had a Bad Les Paul one time and Gibson said "tough luck, we don't warrantee our fretwork" and this was a 1 day old Gibson! DBZ gets a 10 for customer service.Great guitar. Monster bang for the buck. So good I went out and bought a 2nd Bolero (Screaming Orange to set up rockabilly). I plan to buy a couple more DBZ's to cover all my bases
