Nice packaging, surrounded by styrofoam. It arrived in pristine condition. Wood pegs and quality screws. It's wood laminate, but really sturdy. About 30 minutes assemply time. There are at least 200 pounds of books on this shelf right now. I Just purchased a second one!

This selection was very easy to put together and the quality was good. There were no color or wood defections. Once I put my display pieces on the piece it was more stable. I dont know if the stability factor was just the nature of the piece or a construction factor. Overall I was happy with it for the price.

Easy to put together, sturdy, and just like the picture. Shipped somewhat quickly and even though the box was beat up when we got it, the product wasn't scratched at all. Love my ladder Bookcase.
