We originally bought this same brand and model futon for our queen-size guest bed at a local store several years ago, and everyone who stays with us for a night or a week just loves it and raves about how comfortable our guest bed is. So when it came time to replace our CA king mattress and box springs, we decided to get this futon instead of another mattress set. The local store no longer carries this brand and they don't have any king-size futons in stock, so we were delighted to find the exact one we wanted on Amazon and are very happy we ordered it.The shipping was fast, but they did not provide any tracking info so we did not know when it would get here, and we didn't know you have to sign for it, so the delivery driver left a pickup notice instead, and we had to go pick it up. Luckily the box was not too heavy and was fairly small, it fit in our wagon, so it all worked out in the end. But we would have appreciated tracking info and knowing we needed to be here to sign and receive it. Otherwise we are entirely happy with this purchase. This futon is a very comfortable bed, lightweight and easy to make and move, but really soft as well as supportive.
