Featuring an open top design for speed, covered trigger guard for safety, and tension screw adjustment for added security, the Speed Paddle adds convenient on/off ability to the equation. This holster also includes Galco’s patented copolymer injection-molded belt-lock paddle, which makes it possible to put on and take off this holster without removing your belt. Constructed of premium saddle leather, the Speed Paddle fits belts up to 1 3/4". Available for double-action revolvers and compact autos, the Speed Paddle is available in right or left hand designs, in tan or black finish.

Product shipped promptly. The leather is high quality and fits my Springfield 1911 Milspec perfectly. The paddle holster is comfortable and sturdy. This holster is probably not the best for concealed carry, but is a great for general use.

Oh my, my Springfield full size military style 1911 fit nice and snug.Easy draw. Put a little leather oil inside the holster, then it become a quick draw. Fit securely and comfortably on my waist. Would love to show it off instead of concealed carry. Very nice craftmanship.

Galco makes a fine product--period.I have this holster for my S&W .45 1911SC and just recently for my Dan Wesson PM-9 1911 9mm.Fit and finish are outstanding--I personally like the speed paddles for competition and even for every day carry if you are so inclined---retention is excellent with these holsters though it does take a little time for break in --- any fine holster will.I'm certain their are less expesive holsters and I know their are more expensive but in my opinion this is one of the best values around. Shipped from Optics Planet and these guys are great when it comes to having inventory and fast shipping.I highly reccoment this product along with high praise for Amazon and the excellent selections and price points offered.
