The HP V1910 is a great product line. We purchased the 24 port version with PoE and have had no troubles whatsoever. It was a little difficult to set up initially, and the one possible gripe is on the web interface there's a save button, as well as a button to commit the changes. The unit effectively needed to be set up twice because we didn't see the extra required link.
