Terrible product and terrible service

I ordered the lamp and according to the product description it is brand new and warranty is provided by Toshiba. However, when the lamp was first installed, it gave this funky smell. After a couple of month, the lamp was broken.I tried to contact the seller, it never replied my call or email. I contacted Toshiba, Toshiba said Toshiba will not provide any warranty since the seller is not their authorized seller and the seller is actually selling used lamp.What a terrible experience. Never never buy anything from this company.

This is NOT a factory lamp assembly

But the price is almost the same. I have bought factory Toshiba lamp assemblies in the past. I know what the packaging and the lamp housing looks like and this is not the same I could have spent half the money and gotten the same quality lamp.

Works great, 2 minutes to install

Have had this installed in my TV for over three months now. Works great, it seriously took less then three minutes to install. Remove a couple screws on the back side, pull the old one out, slide the new one in, put the screws back in, turn on the tv. Wow.
