I am a man who likes collect watches since I was in the college, especially the good brands. Today I do have six watches including two Tissot. I bought this model (Couturier) couple weeks ago.Simply, it was FABULOUS and more than what expected!! Neat design, sharp looking and works great. Furthermore, the reflection of the light in different angels is an artist work!!! Absolutely piece of art!!I believe the secret behind it is the way of cutting and placing them in the case of the watch (Dial) plus the purity of the metal/alloy been used. Got many compliments from friends about it.Really loved it and highly recommend it for the people who really appreciate the value of a great watch.Sincerely

Well, I bought these because my band was going to in ear monitors (IEM). I got them and tried them on and immediately hated them. But, after talking to friends and trying ALL of the different supplied tips, I ended up liking the triple flange style the best. They came ALIVE! and sounded great! You need to have a tight seal in order to get the best bass response. The dual drivers sound amazing on stage! I would run them through your stereo though for a good test. I like tons of bass, and these give out a lot. IPod users shouldn't be to disappointed because the eq settings in an iPod aren't geared for that. All in all, great choice and great product!

I'm using these headphones to DJ and it's great. You protect your ear channel while having an amazing sound quality! I can perform a lot better now with these.It freaks me out a little bit how fragile the cable looks like, but I think its pretty strong. But, ive bought the version that you can replace the cable if something happens. hope it wont.!

The quality of these monitors is really nice. The cables themselves are nice, they don't seem to get tangled at all. As far as sound quality, I am an owner of Thiel 2.3s. One thing a driver is not supposed to do is color the sound. A quality driver will only put out a good a signal as what is put into it, and it will expose a terrible signal more so than a mediocre driver. That being said, sensitivity has to be consistant across the entire frequency range, for both drivers. If not, imaging will suffer, also sensitivity at lower octets can be increased to make a driver sound to be "faithful" in reproducing lower frequencies on cheaper manufactures. After having burned these in, upper end does have good detail, and imaging, but what I have noticed with most earbuds, is there is a "plastic" hollow sound from 4K to around 11K, and is slightly compressed. There is evidence in these, with some tweeking of an eq, it is not as present. Lower end, is VERY tight, which can be confused with compressed. With any headphones, lower frequencies do not radiate well, due to the proximity to the ear, and imaging suffers. All in all these do sound VERY good. I am sure the bottom end with loosen up after a couple thousand more hours of playing. Don't confuse these with mass produced drivers, these do sound very good for the price. Included were all differnt sizes of ear plugs, even extra large, in both the foam and rubber type.04 June 2012 - Right side driver stopped working. Checked cable, and driver isn't plugged up. Just stopped working. Very dissapointed.

Laptop screen works almost perfectly.

When your laptop screens starts to fade, you think of three options: 1) Time for a new computer. 2) Take a risk by self-diagnosing the problem, finding a replacement screen, and installing it yourself. 3) Send the laptop in for costly repairs (if the warranty period has expired). Most people opt for option 1 or 3, but my choice turned out to be the best - especially since I went through East Coast LCDs.Shipping was quick and the screen was packed well enough that it survived shipment from their store to my address in the U.S. - AND THEN - to my address in Southeast Asia. After installation (ECLCD has directions on their help page), I found one dead pixel but I'm not too picky about that (especially since it's near the edge). The rest of however many pixels are on the screen are spotless and I've been using the new screen for two weeks.Thanks East Coast LCDs! I hope that we won't have to do business again :) At least...for the life of this laptop.

Big Glass, Solid Feel, Works Well

I only received this lens yesterday, so I have very little experience with it, but the initial look, feel and performance are living up to my expectations. From the moment the lens arrived, I was impressed - and not just because the manufacturer's packaging is solid and protective. My first reaction was to the glass. I loved the look of it, and it may be because the front end reminds me so much of my fast Rokkor 135mm from the old film days. In terms of performance, one big attribute to me is that, as advertised, this lens let the light in and did not stop down the underlying lens. I purchased this lens to be attached to my new Nikon P7000, and I was concerned that it may not work through the entire zoom range of the P7000's zoom lens (28mm to 200mm, effective). Obviously, at the low end the photo area is limited to the center of the lens, due to the adapter required, but I was not interested in getting help to reach the 43mm to 70mm range! Even so, the view through the lens appears solid all the way out to what truly looks to be better than 300mm. It also worked well with the additional 4x digital at the high end of the zoom. Auto focus worked well through the range I tested. I haven't taken the time to attempt measurement of any chromatic aberration or barrel distortion, so I won't suggest there couldn't be any - it's just that I couldn't see anything with the naked eye. Well, I couldn't see anything but clear and bright images. If my opinion changes through further use, I'll update my opinion, but my initial reaction is to offer my highest recommendation for use with a digicam with a zoom, like mine, of up to 7.1x optical.Update: I've now taken many photographs using this lens, and I've had the opportunity to compare photos using this lens with those of the same subject but with the internal zoom of my P7000. I see no added distortion and no noticeable added chromatic aberration. Also, to check on the manufacturer's claim that the lens does not subtract any light, I set the camera to auto, snapped photos with and without the lens (with the camera on a tripod and hand-held) and then checked the reported aperture and shutter speed settings. In 9 out of 10 times there was no difference at all. The only differences were exceptionally subtle, and for a film guy, the differences were meaningless -- shutter speed of 1/240 instead of 1/250, for example. I am very pleased with this lens so far, and I am not inclined to alter my earlier review.Further Update: I've been using this lens in situations I never expected, and I am very pleased with its performance. It is a bit heavy, but not at all uncomfortable. In fact, I rather like the feel of it, and when I use it on the P7000, it really reminds me of an SLR. Just last night I used this lens to take pictures at my son's baseball game. There was very poor lighting, and I had to be far away in order to get unobstructed views of the players. I was able to shoot at full tele (above an effective 300mm) at f5.6 and shutter speeds varying from 1/15 to 1/250 (ISO range of 400 to 1600). I can't think of a teleconverter or another lens which would have allowed me to take those photographs.

should have owned a weber long before now! after years of replacing grills every two years I finally got a grill that will last a life time. i have only had this grill a few days but have put it to the test! its cooked every meal for me since I got it, from fast searing steaks- to low and slow bacon bombs. this grill cooks every thing to perfection. it maintains a perfect temp. (I even baked two loaves of bread in it.) my only regret is not getting the 670 with the rotiserie, but weber does sell the add on rotise that fits this grill so I will pick that up soon. I cant say enough about this grill! by the way keep a spare tank of gas on hand if you use lp it can put some gas away at 60,000 btu!

Good product bad service

U-pol products are very good. This primer can be used as a primer or sealer and works very well. The company selling it on Amazon is terrible. They show one shipping price in the add then up it over $3.00 when shipped. They never shipped my product and after I inquired about it was told I need to provide a shipping address (witch they already have) So now delivery time looks like about 2 weeks. Good product terrible service

Good price from amazon.

I purchased this item because of price. They (amazon) list two of the Sony cards in this size and I purchased the less expensive one thinking they were the same. Later I notice the two cards had different letters at the end. This one is A and the other is G. I couldn't find much difference in the description and have been meaning to call Sony to find out what the difference is. Evidently I haven't done this yet but will tell you when I find out. This card seems to work just fine though. Later. I called Sony and asked them what the difference was between the MSHX32A which amazon sells for $111 and the MSHX32G which sells for $193 on amazon's site. They said the one that ends in G is "Transfer Jet" compatible. He said that what that means is that the G card can transfer data wirelessly to other peripherals that are also "Transfer Jet" compatible. I've never heard of "Transfer Jet" and since I don't have anything that is "Transfer Jet" I guess I saved $80.

It's a Memory Stick!

The only complaints about this would it being a bit pricey at $135, but given it's the highest capacity and one of the faster Pro Duo cards, that's to be expected. Can't say much more about it; it works real well with my camera and my PSP.(On the PSP, despite other sites claiming PRO-HG/HX or 32GB cards do not work, this card DOES work with the PSP-3000.)

Beware of Counterfeit Sony Memory Sticks

Beware of counterfeit Sony Memory Sticks. I had no reason to suspect that the Sony 32 GB Memory Sticks I purchased were fakes, since the packaging appeared genuine, and was in brand new, unopened condition. Unfortunately, when I put one into my camera, it did not work, and I later confirmed with Sony Corporation that the items were counterfeit.The first clue that there was a problem was when I put one of the Memory Sticks into my Sony Handycam video camera; a message appeared in the screen each time the Memory Stick was used, saying, "This memory stick may not be able to record or play images correctly." Additionally, there was no warranty information or instructions inside the packaging (genuine ones have this). "Warranty 10 years" was printed on the back of the packaging (genuine ones have a 1 year warranty).Amazon's current review policy forbids including seller information in product reviews, so I am unable to include the name of the third party seller I bought the counterfeit Sony Memory Sticks from. However, in most cases, if the price on a Sony Memory Stick looks too good to be true, it probably is. Many of these are lower memory amounts than the amount silk-screened on the surface of the item. (Example: A 4GB stick labeled as 32GB.)Bottom Line: Try the Memory Sticks in your camera as soon as you receive them, verify that the total amount of available memory is correct, and check the things I mentioned above.

this reciever along with the trigger is great for canon.you absolutely cannot go wrong I got mines in fall of 2011the batteries are still good in it nd the only battery I ever changed is my flash batterys.It is now fall 2012 I finally decided to shoot flash manually alot Im on my 2nd recieverso i now have 2 flashes & when I bought my yongnuo 560 I felt in love with it. Now im looking to own 3 recievers and soon 4 along with 4 flashes 1 a 430exII and should have 3 yongnuo's by then. :))

Perfect replacement

A client had somehow managed to drop their machine down the escalator at an airport, which left me with a mess to fix. This is the OFFICIAL part HP used, and was an easy swap (provided you know how to do this), and significantly cheaper here than buying it from HP parts central. Client has commented that this screen is quicker than the stock (granted, it was a few years old) and has zero dead pixels, which is a plus!

The all new CUB HEAD finally gives players access to great British valve tone like never before. The retro styled CUB HEAD features a top mounted control panel consisting of the following; gain, treble, middle, bass, volume, tone and reverb. Dialling in a great valve tone is simple - select your input - 15 W or <1 W : more on these controls in a moment, dial in your tone, add a taste of high quality reverb and away you go. The CUB HEAD houses 3 x ECC83's in its preamp and 2 x EL84's in the power amp section, all hand selected to give the best valve tone possible. Lets go back for a moment and look at the inputs on the CUB HEAD. The CUB HEAD has two input options, one giving you 15W RMS of valve tone, the other giving you a huge valve sound, but cutting the output down to .75 of a Watt. .75 of a Watt might not sound like much, but it allows you to drive the output section really hard and generate some very pleasing power amp compression and pleasing break up giving you that holy grail of guitar tone! The rear panel of the CUB HEAD houses two speaker out sockets in 8 & 16 Ohm options, a footswitch socket for switching the reverb and an effects loop consisting of a Send/Line out socket and a return socket. The CUB HEAD can be paired with any Laney cabinet but is ideally suited to the CUB CAB.

Just a little crooked

I do like this chandelier, and now that it is hung in my dining room, I love the look. The only problem is that the 3 arms slightly curve down so that the bottoms of the 3 glass globes are not level, but curve slightly inward. If the lights had been level on the bottoms, I would have given it 5 stars.

The CUB 12R has more roar, substantially bigger bites and a nifty trick up their sleeves! The CUB 12R has increased volume and full rich valve tone. Looking at the pre amp it's clear it packs more into the amp than its smaller siblings. The output section of the CUB12R is based around a pair of EL84 tubes giving it a more scooped tone than it's smaller counterparts. Think smooth rich overdrive with bags of gain. Now for the nifty trick - the CUB 12R features two input sockets one labelled 15 watts the other labelled <1 watt. Plug into the 15 watts input and that's what you get 15 watts RMS of cool tube tone, plug into the <1 watt (less than one watt) and you get your great tube tone but now it's a whisper more than a roar. The <1 watt option allows you to drive the power amp section really hard alllowing you to really access the Dark Art Tone of power amp distortion.

Laney Cub12R Review

I purchased the Laney Cub 12R after looking at all comparable Tube Amps in the same price range. For starters I have been playing guitar for 8 years, and have played numerous tube amps.The first thing to note is the price. After looking at the competition it was clear that the Cub 12r had a lot to offer for the price. Of course the Cub is not hand wired/made, but made in china. This is something you have to accept when you're in this price range.Secondly the tone of this amp is amazing. There is plenty of clean headroom (with zero gain you can turn the volume up the whole way and stay clean), and the overdrive is great.The < 1 watt input (.75 watts accomplished with power scaling circuitry) is a GREAT feature. You can plug into the < 1 watt input and get great sounding power tube overdrive when turned up, while still remaining at bedroom volumes.At 15 watts this amp is still capable of playing small gigs (mic recommended).I would recommend this amp to anyone who is looking for a tube amp with great tone that doesn't want to break the bank.

True Brittish Tone

Been playing since 1962 and this is among the few amps that really impressed me. And I've owned many and played nearly all in my time. So....The amp arrived with V1 tube cracked. This was due to the shipping people and not Amazon or Laney. The barbaian simply threw my amp over the gate and it landed so hard that the V1 tube broke! MORON!!! But I was a tech for decadeds and had spare tubes....Pulled the RUBY 12AX7 and inserted a Sovtek 12AX7 and I was in business. Now if the baboon that delivered this amp tossed it to another that was not a tech? They'd be returning the amp. Not the amp's fault here I want you to know...Now to the review:The design is great. The amp itself is slightly dampened to keep vibvration at bay. Two inputs. The 15 watt; strong and loud. Well enough to play with an unmiked drummer all day. The < 1 W input workes out to be 750 mlW and is still able to get quite loud on it's own too. But with the volume in the right place, it is well capable of making a fantastic bedroom amp that so many seek.The passive EQ in the preamp is well done. No drastic jump from mild to wild with just one slight turn. It's gradual and interacting so one can dial in their tone with less time and get to playing. The Tone control on this amp is in the poweramp and works well for final shaping of the overall tone and feel of the amp's sound. I'm not easily impressed, but this is a nice touch to say the least. I can't tell you how many amps that show way too much harmonics at times and require time to correct. With the Tone control, it is as simple as a slight turn of the knob. Great!The gain is that of the Brittish amps we know so well. Goes from a slight bit of grit to singing lead distortion that is easily controled. It responds well to picking attack from easy to hard. Cutting back on the guitar volume and it responds just as it should there too. The gain in this amp is pure heaven. The dynamics of the tones available, along with the ease of controls, make this one fine sounding amp. Clean or driven. The 12" speaker (H H mfg.) is a nice one. It is slowly being broken in and it show that the tone it produces will open up further as it progresses. The cab is well made and there is 100% NO rattle! Anywhere! That's a good thing.The rear panel is well laid out. The footswitch jack is for a simple non-lighted switch to turn the digital reverb on and off. The reverb is controled by a single pot that serves it's purpose. Nice sounding digital reverb by the way...The effects loop is 100% dead silent from any hiss. Perfect...no more to say, but use it with your modulation type pedals and such. Put you OD and distortion pedals ahead of the guitar input and you'll be fine. This amp reacts WELL to every pedal I put in its way... The 8 and 16 ohm external speaker jacks are just right where they need to be and it is a welcome sight on an amp this size. Pushing a 2X12" cab this becomes a real tone monster! Unbelievable....My reaction to this amp is that I am very pleased I chose it. The size to weight ratio is easy to move about, yet the cab, with a nice little tilt device under the base, is just right for my needs. The tone....ah, yes. It's there to be sure. Enough bass to make even a thin sounding single coil guitar sound huge. Can give a fat Les Paul lots of bite or growl if you want too. Plenty of volume for what it was intended for. Remember, it is 15 watts and a single 12". That's 7 watts less than a Fender Deluxe Reverb guys! And I've played many a gig with one of those. If I were still playing live now, I'd use this Laney and have a great time. I always kept a Shure SM57 mike in my gear to mike an amp if needed. I'd do the same here too. This is one well designed and build amp. The tone is wonderful. I intend to keep this one safe from delivery goons in the future though!!If you want an amp that is all tube. Around 400 bucks. Has tone out the wazoo. Enough volume to keep up with a drummer. Not break you eardrums for private practice, then buy this amp. If you want a ton of digital effects and a bunch of whistles and bells, then stay with your fancy little modeling amps. This Laney is for dedicated guitar players that respect tone from real tubes, and not that "stuff" generated from a processor and computer.

Two Laney Cub 12Rs from Amazon and neither one works

The first one I rec'd from Amazon did not work - no sound came out (even though my other amps works just fine connected to the same outlet and guitar). I sent it back to Amazon for a replacement (another 12r) since I thought it was just a fluke. The replacement has no sound coming out either. The power light is on, everything seems OK but no sound. I have sent email to Laney asking if there is something special I need to do with this amp (my Marshal, Fender, and Blackstar amps never needed anything special for them to work). Who knows, I could be missing something, right? Its not like it is my first amp!! We'll see what Laney says. Unless this gets fixed with little or no work from myself this review stands. Hard to say anything good when they don't even work.Very unhappy.
