Self closing feature is great!! manual is OK too.

My old company used this cabinet to store small glass bottles of flammable liquids. This cabinet was just the right size to fit in a hallway closet.It may be too small for more than a few gallons (6) but we had pint and quart size bottles. Worked very well and was approved by the fire marshal when he did an inspection (at our request).We bought this one after online research told us Jamco is the category leader in flammable storage cabinets.Bought this self closing model after using the manual close model too.

So my neighbors garage caught on fire....

which really did happen, so I went out and bought this for my flammables. I have an attached garage (his was not, thank goodness) and had most of my stuff in cabinets on the wall. never again, all my flammables go into this cabinet. I know it seems like overkill, but after seeing the mess he was left with, I cannot think of a better investment in home safety, next to the basics of smoke detectors (which I also installed in my garage) and having fire extinguishers. the cabinet is rated great, and shows to be extremely study. I went and saw a local demonstration where the lighted products inside, and was pleased to see the performance matched the claims. Again, don't take the risk , buy the product and sleep safe

Simple, tasteful, accurate

And a super value for the price.All the Seiko 5 watches use an accurate and reliable HH:mm:ss, day:date movement. This one is elegant and unpretentious, and suitable for any occasion.Let's get the shortcomings over with; that is the smallest part of this review.-This watch is one rated for 30m, which generally means it's OK to shower in it, but not to swim with it. Normally, I like a watch that is 50m or more water resistant, both for the water resistance, and for the implied shock resistance. On the other hand, I haven't seen any problems with water or shock resistence.Now what's right with it. (Pretty much everything.)-Appearence. Classy. Small, smooth, simple. A very refined appearance for office or formal occasions, but without pretension. The red sweep hand is the only highlight, and balances the austerity of the rest of the watch.-Functionality. HH:mm:ss, day and date, and markings for an appropriate degree of precision for routine uses. Discrete luminescent markings are as good as any non-tritium marking I've seen.-Reliability. No batteries, but when worn consistantly, is almost as good as a quartz. I haven't subjected this one to the extremes that I have other watches, but that isn't what it is for. Still, casual abuse hasn't effected it at all.This is an excellent time piece for most civilized environments and I'll wear it anyplace I would wear shoes to (as opposed to needing sneakers, boots, or bare feet).E. Seiko semi-automatic watch

I got this watch because I have been having trouble getting batteries replaced on other watches and the idea of a customer-serviceable battery doesn't seem to have occurred to the watch makers (anyone out there listening?).It is a handsome watch but the band was not at all trivial to adjust to size. Thank goodness for Google and a nice fellow who shared his secrets with the rest of us. There were NO instructions in the manual on this.I have to say for a Seiko it doesn't keep very good time. It is not clear to me if this is because it never is wound fully (I only wear it 8-10 hours/day) but I suspect not. It loses about 5 minutes every 2-3 days. It takes 2 seconds to reset but I was hoping for better from Seiko. Still, a watch that is good to +/- 2 minutes is better than a stopped one.

I've had good luck...

Seems to be hit or miss quality-wise, judging from the other reviews. Maybe I just got lucky, but I haven't had any problems, and the accuracy is very good. I've owned this for 2 weeks, and in that time it has only gained less than a minute.I love the classic looks of this watch. It has a heavy, solid feel to it - doesn't feel cheesy to me at all. The value for the price I think is outstanding.Hopefully my experience is closer to the norm, and that the others who've had problems are just isolated cases.

Great Cabinet for Flammable Liquids

The cabinet is everything as it said it would be in the description. Would recommend to anyone. The door opens and closes smoothly. Absolutely no binding or friction in the door or latch. Nice leather, love the rich, warm brown color of the shoe. The rounded toe makes it very comfortable along with the low heel. The teeny brass studs give it a distinctive look. I can even make the boot a little taller the way the leather is folded over! They look great with leggings and a skirt, gaucho pants or skinny jeans. I'm going back for the black pair :-). Ya' might want to put in an arched insole, though.

I was so excited that these boots were on amazon for such a great price! I am very happy with these boots overall. The leather is beautiful and they fit to size. The first time I wore them they were very uncomfortable, but now that they're broken in they're very comfortable! They look great with leggings or skinny jeans, at least on me! The only thing that I don't like about these boots is that the calf is pretty wide. I have pretty skinny legs so at first I thought they looked funny on me, but the more I wear them the more I see I'm just being picky.

pretty, but wish it was a bit thicker

This is a very pretty chain, and the price is great. But I wish it were thicker. I think they measure the thickest part, but of course there are parts where it twists and is much thinner, making the look thinner than I wanted. But, that is part of the design. Quality is very good, especially for the price. Chain also has a nice shine to it. Very pretty and delicate, but does not look like it will break.As always, Amazon deliver SUPER fast, which is always a great plus.

Not bad for the price

i previously bought Duragold 14k White Gold Solid Singapore Chain Necklace (1.35mm), 18") The 1.35mm had an amazing shine to it, however was very thin and fragile. This chain's thickness is much better than other chain. However, it does not have as much shine as i would like, yet it is still shiny. My girlfriend loved the white gold necklace, thus i am happy with the product.

Just an oversight mistake

Last Update on 03-JanSorry all, I found that I just made an mindless oversight mistake, few days ago, before I wanna take it to local service center and found the sentences in the manual "To ensure that the automatic winding mechanism functions correctly, the watch must be worn for at least 12 hours every day for several days. If the watch is not worn for long enough, it will stop."So I tried and wound the movement and left it ran for 2 days and it finally backs to normal and functional.This is my first time and first try to buy a Zenith watch and obviously it's a great experience for me and thanks again for everyone, Zenith is a quality brand and long reputation and absolutely deserves 5-stars.---------------------The outlook is great but it gains 10-15 mins faster a hour, what a disappoint ! I am sure is not about the magnetized issue,what should I do?---------------------

TAKAGI Vastly Superior to BOSCH

Previously I had purchased BOSCH water heater products because of my success with their tools. One day one of their heaters exploded. When I called their National Service Number for advice, the person hung-up after I explained my issue. When I called back and got the same person, explained that we were disconnected (giving him the benefit of the doubt) and he said "I don't have time for this s***!" I wrote the BOSCH leadership with dates and times and they NEVER responded. This ended a very long relationship.Now, two years later I needed a new tank-less water heater and, after much research decided on the TAKAGI. This unit is amazing. Easy to install and profoundly efficient with Propane. User's-guide easy to read. For a family of three, not counting dogs, cats and birds, we use about 100 gallons of propane every five months.I would certainly purchase one in the future.

nice necklaces

Ordered two of these as gifts for my niece and my cousin, both young girls. Both necklaces are very nice, sparkly. Both seem strong. I wore both for a couple days to make sure that the clasp and links were ok and both are fine. The width of the necklace is substantial - it will look good on a young girl and will also look great when they grow up. These are fine necklaces. Highly recommend.

Unwholesomely Decadent

When I first got them, I was not impressed at all with the feeling of the fabric in the package and was concerned that I just wasted a lot of money; but after I actually put them on something .... oh my ....Even months later I still get bursts of child-like glee when I jump into bed and roll around feeling the excess softness wrapped around me. Well worth the price and more.One side note: I have noticed that kitty claws can mar the surface of the material. As of yet no rips, but you can see where they dug their claws in. I always lay my cotton comforter over everything when I think quadrupeds might sneak in my room.

I may not have been overly careful but the fitted sheet has worn through and I've thrown it out and the top sheet is badly worn along the top edge. Maybe with better care they'd have lasted longer but I cannot recomment them.
