Ok so I have been looking for solutions in order to get rid of my chin hair and I was soooo excited to buy the nono because of all the amazing reviews and all. I mean, yeah maybe it works on those white thin hairs that everyone has on their body, but I have been using the nono for a little over a month and still have not seen any change in my hair growth. It's all in those little buffers you use after. Remember those commercials with those buffers that buffed hair away? Well I might as well just use that for the rest of my life. I had hair on my chin today and didn't use the nono, only the buffer, and viola! The hair is completely gone...until the next day. So, this nono is a gimmick and too good to be true. I'll still use it to just see if anything works, but as far as I know, its all in the buffer tool and not the laser. I'm so disappointed in this product; I was ready to gain back my self-confidence, but I'm going back into a slump again because this product is a failure.

The product does not work and they do not return your money as promised! I'm now facing writting a detailed letter to my credit card company after numerous phone calls and lots of wasted time.

I was skeptical but I'm a believer!! I've had this a week and used it on my legs 3 times. Once you master the use which does take a bit it REALLY WORKS! I also purchased the small size for face and bikini area and that works great too. Well worth the price to me. I've already told my sisters and some girlfriends about this wonderful product!!
