I have used this item a total of three times since it arrived. It is very well built and lifts both my vehicles with ease (SUV and a Truck), smooth operation, very happy so far. One feature that I liked was the longer handle to create more leverage. Just a word of caution to anyone using a product such as this, ALWAYS use in conjunction with jack stands for safety.

I made the mistake of ordering this jack before I needed it. By the time I went to use it, I was past the 30 day return window and found that one of the caster wheels was broken, so I tried contacting the company (1 year warranty). The problem is that this company has almost no presence - they have no website, no online parts availability, a support phone number that goes to voicemail, and an email address. If I can manage to get the wheel fixed, I'll write a review of this as a jack. Since I can't currently use it as a jack with a broken wheel, I can't give it a review.UPDATE: Customer support got back to me finally and said they should have replacement parts in two weeks and will send me one then. I have changed my rating to a neutral 3 stars until the support is complete.
