Initially I was sent 8lbs of Papaya's that were some what green and did not ripen properly. I wrote in my last review this fact. Chef Z must have read the review because he called and found out what my complaint was. He replaced the papaya order (at his cost) that were PERFECT and ripened as they should. This told me a great deal about his integrity and wish to please the customer. Thank you again Chef Z we just had our last Papaya this morning.
