When I first got them, I was not impressed at all with the feeling of the fabric in the package and was concerned that I just wasted a lot of money; but after I actually put them on something .... oh my ....Even months later I still get bursts of child-like glee when I jump into bed and roll around feeling the excess softness wrapped around me. Well worth the price and more.One side note: I have noticed that kitty claws can mar the surface of the material. As of yet no rips, but you can see where they dug their claws in. I always lay my cotton comforter over everything when I think quadrupeds might sneak in my room.

I just got these sheets yesterday and they are awesom!!!! As soon as I lay on the bed I felt like royalty!!! These are the softest sheets I've ever had!!! They even look like sheets that royalty would have, with their taupe/gold color. These sheets are truly HEAVENLY!!!!! They are worth every single penny!!! If you want to sleep like a king or queen, I recomend you buy these sheets!!! You wont be dissapointed!!!!!!!!

I may not have been overly careful but the fitted sheet has worn through and I've thrown it out and the top sheet is badly worn along the top edge. Maybe with better care they'd have lasted longer but I cannot recomment them.
