With a sound that lands somewhere between the mollow tone of a Mahogany guitar and the bright sound of Maple, Wild Cherry has proven itself to be an excellent tone wood. The S6 Slim also features a smooth neck made from Silver Leaf Maple, which is narrower than the neck on the Original S6.

I compared this guitar with original s6 with 1.8" nut width but chose this slim version with 1.72". And I love this guitar. The guitar arrived on time with free gigbag and stand. The cedar top sounds just great. The action is a little bit high for me but its better than too low.
