I can't believe this thing. It's gone for 16 months slamming @ over 200w above the rms. It was an accident that led me to 100% have faith in the sub. It out performed quite a few friends running 2 speaker systems. Although it took 16 months of abuse it just blew last week, but I'm here to buy another. For the price it's handling is just like the JL Audio brand far exceeding its expectations. All in all run at its asked RMS this speaker would give ANYone many years of service! Great job JL

This was the perfect sub for the power I was using. I have 2 of these 12" subs in a sealed box in a small sedan and it sounds great. They don't have the most power and I wouldn't use them for competitions, but for a nice, clean sound with a moderate amount of power they were the best I could find for the price.

I've had it for a while in a slim sealed box. Sounds great in my 04 Mazda 6. Has a nice and full sound to it.Update 3/2013After the sub blew the company agreed to send me another sub but didn't confirm my address so it was sent to the wrong house. Now I'm subless and I guess they don't plan on correcting their mistake. Good sub but I'd purchase elsewhere.
