Keeps beverage cold all day!!! It fits perfectly in my car cup holder and treadmill cup holder at the gym. I have not tried hot liquids in it yet. Love the sleek design. Just wish it could hold slightly more liquid, as I am used the 750ml size with my old Nathan stainless steel bottle. I will likely have to bring both bottles on gym days, since I usually drink most of the 750ml during the day and don't have access to drinking water to refill it. It was unclear from the description if it contained a straw like the other Nathan Stainless Steel Bottles. While it does not contain a straw, you can still open it with just one hand. You do have to lift the bottle up and/or tilt your head back to get the water. This is good in that you get more water per gulp and don't have any parts (straw) to replace. However, if you are prone to choking when drinking with your head tilted, you might want to opt for the straw type bottles.Had this bottle about a year and the bottom rubber came off during a fall. It split so couldn't be glued back on. I ordered another one because I thought it was a fluke. I've had it less than 2 weeks. It took it's first tumble and the orange seal on the top came off! Can't put it back on. I feel like I've wasted my $$. I am going to try to contact the company regarding a warranty... at least for the second bottle. It was definately defective. At least I got some use out of the first bottle.Resolution: I emailed Nathan Sports about the bottles breaking. I did not receive a return email or phone call with a response... better yet a new bottle arrived on my door step by the end of the week. Thank you for your speedy resolution Nathan Sports. The new bottle is "going strong." The other one must have been defective.
