I have had a lot of trouble with suitcases. The airline smashed one, and I bought "the best" hard sided, spinner wheeled suitcase to replace it. It arrived on the luggage carousel with the zipper opened on either side of the pull, clothes spilling out, and a hole near one of the wheels. Also, because the suitcase opened in the center, it had to be put on the floor or a bed since a luggage rack wasn't big enough.This suitcase is the perfect solution. It opens near the side, so it fits on a luggage rack and is easy to access. It also is extremely durable. So far the same airline hasn't been able to destroy it. This one is a winner!

The original piece of luggage was lost in shipment in NY. I was a little disappointed that the seller wasn't tracking the item. When I began wondering what happened to it, I went on line and tracked it. It was lost for almost a week. However, when I emailed the seller, they immediately responded and sent another one Fed Exp and I received it within 3 days. It is larger than any of my other ones, but isn't as heavy empty. Plus I love the spinner wheels. I have health issues and it is difficult for me to pull and lift sometimes. Off to Paris and Italy - If it holds up through this trip it will really be a winner in my book.
