Looked at hundreds of media stands on line and in stores. This was the color and style I desired. The number one reason I dislike this piece is that it is small. It looks like a miniature of a real piece of furniture. Also, The color is darker than portrayed in the photo.It is not easy to assemble. The box I received had already been opened and resealed. I should have sent it back right then and there but hope always springs eternal. My husband put it together. It's in our living room supporting our flat screen but I can't wait to find another piece to replace it. $225 wasted.

This is a very nice TV stand, it's actually made of (mainly) real wood only has minimal flake board parts.Assembles easily in about 1/2 hour. This unit is made in VietNam. A good value for the money.

I purchased this without knowing what great quality it would be, and it's awesome. Couldn't be happier with the durability and luxury feel it has. Highly recommended!
