Ordered this from Amazon and it came quickly and in good condition. I had done a lot of research before ordering, including asking my plumber if Delta was a good, reliable brand. When that hurdle was cleared, I looked at lots of faucets. My bathroom was built in 1958 -in the era of first generation "master bathrooms", if a 4'x6' space can ever be called "master". This faucet is attractive. It has a plastic stopper, which I had expected to be metal, based on reviews. That was important to me since prior faucet's plastic stopper connector is what broke off where the tie-in rod goes through it and caused the need for new faucet in the first place. The housing is metal (this is not a given, by the way, according to plumber) but the portion of the stopper extending below the sink base is plastic. No one mentioned that. Another slight negative I would also talk about (beyond the plastic bit) is that it is a tall (bigger) faucet, which is today's current asthetics showing up. It is about 2-3 inches taller than the old one. If you have any sort of clearance issue for where it is going to be placed, be sure you measure well. I thought I knew what to expect, but I was a little surprised at how much taller it was. It is an attractive look though and I like it. And the flow is less as well - maybe due to water restriction requirements in some states? Not sure, just another thing I hadn't expected. Not awful flow - just less than older 1995 model it replaced.

Very attractive faucet that goes with our decor. Appears sturdy and the kids have no trouble operating it (the reason we replaced our last faucet was our kids had trouble with the handles).

Solid brass. No chintzy enamels or veneers to flake off. Easy to install. Standard spread that will fit the majority of sinks. Handles are replaceable and tightenable with a small allen wrench.1.5gpm is water saving. Most faucets are 2-2.5gpm.The drain is level activated which makes the install slightly more difficult if you're a novice.Only downside is it's a small faucet, but if you're on a budget and want something quality that will last forever this is a good choice.Hope that helps.
