I ordered this jacket based on the size chart - it fits perfectly! Even over layers! Constantly getting compliments on the color. Noticed it was a little stiff at first but now it's softened up. It absolutely keeps the wind out but when it's raw & cold the chill can still seep in... hence the layers I referred to earlier. Sleeves are tapered & hem hits me low on the hip (but I'm 5'3"). Love the chest pocket for easy access to T pass, etc. For me the only drawback is it can't just be thrown in the washer & dryer at home due to the windproof material inside - but that feature is why I bought it in the first place! Looking forward to many years with this snuggly jacket!
