Very good value and great customer service! But the workmanship is a bit questionable.

I'll start my review by telling you that Floto has great customer service. Great communications, prompt delivery and hassle free returns for any problems with their products (they also send you a return UPS shipping label!) Probably one of the best, if not, THE best customer service I have come across.The bag is hand assembled in Italy. I would say the workmanship is below average and the leather is probably a bit above average, the design and style is a bit above average. But I believe at this price point it is a very good value. Knowing something about the leather tanning process (I have owned products made with Horween leather), I will take a guess that the reason why the price is relatively low is probably do to the tanning process of the leather (perhaps less time in the Vat with those vegetable oils, etc... :) and perhaps lower skilled workmanship.But, again, based on the price, service and the design, I think these are a great value. I do have to say the workmanship and some of the hardware could be better. I actually had to return my Milano bag twice. The first time the little clasp on the back pocket zipper easily broke off and the 2nd time the stitching came apart at the bottom corner. They could really up their game if they could make improvements in these two areas. Luckily, their customer service is excellent. I really love my Milano. It just looks so cool, in a very old school business man way. I especially love the handle.I do recommend Floto due to the price point, style and customer service.

I like this brief case

For me, it was a matter of finding a brief case that had a satisfactory pocket layout. This meets the bill nicely. The rear zipper pocket depth is less than the entire height of the bag, slightly, and has nice printed cloth lining inside. The middle pocket fits my ultrabook and a couple folders nicely, it is bare leather. The front pocket (also bare leather) fits three composition notebooks perfectly. As others have stated, the only thing leaving me wanting is the cell phone pocket (which is too small for my android or a calculator) in the main, center, pocket. That minor flaw aside, the bag in impeccable. I purchased this to lessen what I was dragging around all day in my older larger brief case, and its great for days where I can travel light. If you have a moderate amount of materials to carry you might consider a larger bag, otherwise you're likely to be supremely satisfied. Keep in mind this is such a thin bag pretty much the only place to put the charger is the front pocket.
