Great item BAD Customer Service

The screen is an After Market Screen. Not that there is anything wrong with it. Really great price for what you are getting (Apple wants $400 and is made by Samsung (no name brand from seller)). Read where the sell would take 2 to 3 days to ship and saw (via Amazon) that they had the product on hand this was on a Tuesday. I paid to have the item shipped the next business day. Received the email from Amazon on Wednesday that the item was being shipped. Checked Friday morning, Seller had still had not shipped the item. Got a call at 5:24 pm CST ad was left the message that the item was out of stock and wanted to know if I wanted to wait a 2 to 3 days for the seller to get the product. Called at 5:27 PM CST and got the message that the seller was closed. I left a voice message.During the weekend I check the sellers website. Their web site showed the item "Out of Stock" and re-verified with Amazon, who show the seller "In Stock". Called Monday to insure that I get my screen. Was told that the seller should have it by Tuesday or Wednesday. Got the screen on Wednesday.Paid for Next day delivery but got next week instead. Not worth the $30 extra bucks for that. Call Seller before you buy to verify that product IS in stock.Would I buy from this seller again? Yes but not if I am in a pinch for a screen.
