Great piece of furniture and Great Seller!

After looking at many, many oak cedar chests on the Internet, I finally decided on this one and am I ever pleased!It was shipped immediately via UPS and arrived on the very first day it had gauged for delivery! We spent approximately 1 1/2 hours putting it together and it really IS a nice piece of furniture--perfect size for what we needed (an entryway storage piece). And CSN stores communicated every step of the way--a really great vendor!My experience was just perfect!

Looks great. Lock is cheap junk

I can fiddle around with it and make it work sometimes. But my wife? Forget it! Decent trunk locks are out there, but the Chinese don't export them with this chest.

Item arrived two days ahead of schedule. Well-packaged. Item as described; only missing two pre-drilled holes for the hasp on the lid which were easy to do with a hand drill. Directions were poor but the item is easy enough to assemble with less than explicit directions. Took less than an hour.
