I really like this kennel, mostly for the color. True, I could probably spray paint a black one myself but, I didn't think of it honestly.I like that the handles are built onto it. A lot of the other wire crates come with a little black handle but it comes off real easy (goes on easily too). In the past, I've had dogs chew it or lose it. This one has two handles attached, unless the dog chews it off, it's on. I like that.The only reason I did 4 stars is because the lock could be a little more secure. The bar that locks it just goes straight across but doesn't have a groove or anything to "lock" it in place. It's not the biggest issues, I've never had a dog get out.Basically, it's a real cool looking green kennel that looks exactly like the picture. Not too loud in color, for me.

Like another reviewer, I guess I could have purchased steel or black and painted it, but the color is awesome, and will last longer than any paint job I could do. Also, it's not any more expensive than ones without color. The real good part though is that it goes up in a SNAP, folds down to suitcase style with handles in a snap, is very sturdy - I put the cat's bed on top, and will try to upload pic - cat sleeping on top, dog on bottom (door open).My dog took to it immediately when I put his bed in it - he loves it and feels safe. So when I do need to put him in it when I leave for a few hours, he will be happy since he now uses it as his house. I love it because it looks good on my covered porch, and folds away in an instant if I want to.I got the Lime/Medium and I have a 10 lb dog with long legs - room for small pee pad in back and bed in front, wires hold water/food when needed for confinement. I find the lock system to be perfectly perfect and might add a lock that pushes open on outside to attach to it, any animal can figure out how to get out of anything that has moving parts.Now, just need a cabana for the top for summer :)
