Product Description
Serve one quail as a starter or two as a main course per person, these birds can be roasted and served with game chips or spatchcocked for grilling. They can be marinated in cranberry juice, red wine and juniper berries or orange juice with grated lemon rind and crushed peppercorns before cooking to tenderise the meat and enhance the flavour. These birds will arrive head and feet off.
