Body Power Overlooked....Why???

We've had it only a few days but since family was here for the holidays when purchased, it has already gone through gym-style abuse for the past few days with everybody trying this out. It was the hit of the season. One person hadn't been upside down in 30 years. This is well made. Sturdy. Intuitive (once put together), but instructions, paired with photo on box, are well-laid out. Easy to use extended ankle adjustment lever. Easy to read height adjustment that is also easily made. Great multiple-placement safety bar can limit extent incline, be used as a grab bar or be used as a permanent lock to prevent use. Fulcrum for height adjustments is dead on. It folds. The seat disappears once inclined but, unlike typical inversion tables, it allows you to sit first, adjust your ankles second and then invert instead of having to put all your weight on the bottom foot support. Definitely better than a flat table. Again, very well made and I am shocked at the higher quality than competitors who are priced as much as double plus half this one. I felt 1" taller the first day and it brought immediate relief, once upright and back on his feet, to my brother in law, who had a herniated disk. I was skeptical about these tables on the whole to begin with but this thing has made me a believer. Best gift this season.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. He has intermittant problems with his back and uses it when they flare up. He almost immediately feels better. The only drawback that I saw with it, is that it takes quite a bit of space. Otherwise, it's has a very solid construction. The time it took to put together was minimal. Enjoy!

I have a bulging disc (thanks to an auto accident from over a year ago) and I am getting relief from this crazy thing. It does fold up to slide it out of the way, but it is still wide and tall. (Not a problem for me). I was afraid I would have a panic attack hanging upside down, but I find it surprisingly relaxing!I am learning how to incorporate it into my routine. I use it before I exercise, and I can exercise longer without pain. I also pop on it for a minute or 2 when I am sore from doing things I need to do and it gives me instant relief.My Pain Management Doctor gave me the OK to use it too!
