I am being requested to review the above mentioned product as an INFRARED STEREO; but, in fact I purchased a RADIO FREQUENCY STEREO. So, my review would have to be for the RADIO FREQUENCY version of this product. The RADIO FREQUENCY version is awesome. I especially like the fact that I can move around the room, in fact several rooms, without losing signal (unlike the Infrared version of this same set). I couldn't believe how it was almost like "surround sound" in the cinemas. It was a purchase well made for me. I contacted Sennheiser Tech Support and got an immediate response to my questions (questions I had BEFORE I purchased this item). I had also contacted several other similar wireless TV listening device companies. The only one that answered my e mails immediately was Sennheiser. I figured if they were this quick to respond and were so nice and helpful then I wanted this item. Such immediate response only meant to me that they cared and would be there should I have need of their support in the future.
