good hot cereal for diabetics and low carbers

This cereal was quite delicious. i am rating this as someone who cannot have regular cereal because of diabetes. It is especially good if you add cream and a little extra splenda. I also like all the fiber which helps the intestines. I even like to eat it as a snack. Will definitely keep buying it and like the other flavors in this brand.

not really low carb

Taste like cardboard, but I added quite a bit of cinnamon and maple syrup. I then added milk and put in microwave.The nutrition information shows about same carbs as regular cereal.
