Rough terrain tamer

First off, this fork is a beauty, not just the graphics, but also the functionality. The fork comes with three adjustments: Preload, lockout, and rebound rate. The preload adjustment is pretty obvious and straightforward. The lockout works, but only if its set while there's no weight on the fork, i.e. no rider on the bike. Setting the rebound rate to slow gives a smooth, floating ride while setting it to high gives an agile, sporty ride.Setting the rebound rate to slow also causes the fork to emit a beautiful "whooshing" sound typically associated with automotive shocks. the disc brake uses post-mount.For the price, this fork is a great deal. Installation was a breeze, adjustments were easy, and, most importantly, the ride was spectacular.

This was a great buy/upgrade for me and my bike. Going from a stock Suntour fork to this I could definitely tell the difference. Way more plush ride with the Tora. Also, Xtreme Bike & Sport did a great job in delivering. Especially after Amazon could not deliver and canceled my order. Thanks Xtreme Bike & Sport!
