These boots came packaged like they were USED boots. The toes were discolored, the sides scraped and they were just thrown in the box with no tissue wrapping or inserts. This has never happened to me before--I sent them back with NO reorder.

Fat ship, perfect heel height. TRUE to size. Got a 9, am a 9 fits perfectly and so comfortable. Great deal so don't miss this one.

i tried to look for this boot after the store I first tried it on told me they were out of size 6, so after browsing through a couple of websites i finally found it, at a reduced price to boot!package came without any problems and the shoes look great.
