Dead laptop alive again!!!

Debated on replacing our laptop screen for $130 or just buy a new one. Since our $400 laptop was only a few months old when our son stepped on it, thought it was worth taking a gamble and buy this screen replacement. This was my 1st time ever to do this and found it extremely easy. After removing a few screws I was able to remove the old screen to get the model # and found a match here. So entered our cc # with fingers crossed that it'll fit AND work. Was excited the screen arrived a few days early. Screen fit perfect and works with our laptop making it like brand new again!! Extremely satisfied.

came with 2 dead pixels

This was bought as a repacement for an Asus eeepc. That screen failed in a year. This seems to be priced ok. But it came with 2 dead pixels. It was too much trouble to send it back. And, I think they wanted at least 5 dead pixels for warranty.
