Chi Mei didn't arrive, it was LG instead

Having ordered precisely the same screen that was in my laptop, nevertheless I received different brand. Luckily, it fitted well and so far so good - it works well, without any dead pixels on it! But I do not understand why the shops sometimes interchange products without ever consulting you - perhaps I wanted just Chi Mei and nothing else!!!
