2Be careful!
By Steven I. Gates
This is what Wikipedia has to say on Invicta: "Most, if not all of the watches made by Invicta today are of Swiss parts and assembled in whatever location brings back the best return on their investment dollar. Some ostensibly "Swiss Made" watches are still available, but marketing has a tendency to confuse prospective buyers of where the watches are actually made, by stating categorically that some are "hand assembled" in Swiss factories (of which Invicta has no known holdings) and alternatively indicating that other watches are assembled by lessor skilled laborers in far eastern countries. By law, Far East made watches are required to be labeled on the dial with the country of origin of their movement. Invicta utilizes some Chinese-produced versions of Swiss calibers"Also: "The company currently holds an unfavorable rating of over 30% or a grade of F from the Better Business Bureau and averages hundreds of complaints each week at the Internet forum and 113 formal complaints at the BBB over the past 36 months."'Naff said.

5Quite a nice looking watch at a good price
By Michael A. Duvernois
Obviously the MSRP is complete nonsense.BUTThis is a good, solid quartz watch which seems to work well. The finish seems fairly resistant to scratches and damage, but time will tell. It's heavy on the wrist for a quartz watch, but here that adds to the appeal as a big chunk of black-plated stainless steel. No one is going to confuse it with a luxury watch but it's a big step up from a Casio digital watch or whatever Wal-Mart sells these days.

5Worth every penny!!
By WKT
Invicta watches are such a fantastic value. I have purchased 4 over the last 2 yrs and all have been great. This one is no exception. For less than $50 you'll be shocked at what a nice watch your getting here. I constantly have to tell people it's not a $1000+ watch! Only had this one for a 2 wks so we'll see how it holds up--but so far I've been pleased with the watch's from this company. At $50, if it falls apart in 12 months it would still be worth it but I don't see that happening.
