Rockport Women's Sports Oxford

I'm 74 and have feet problems. I need to use a heavy support shoe, white for summer and black for winter. I've found that some of the leading brand of sport shoes: rebock, ASA and etc. do not give my feet the long lasting support my feet need. For now the Rockport Women's Oxford feel great. But I will have to give them a six months wear to know how good the support is.

I bought this shoe for a trip I will be taking in which we will be doing a lot of walking and sightseeing. I have fussy feet but didn't want to wear a clunky sport shoe and this will do the trick. You can remove the insole and put in an orthotic as long as it's not to thick. These felt a little stiff around the ankle at first but after I had them on for a few minutes they felt more comfortable. I think it's a great shoe and will go well with casual pants.

Too small

I would not buy Rockport size 10 again. I think they are more like a 9 1/2. Unfortunately Rockport do not seem to make larger sizes in the narrow fittings.
