Review of lamp

The box was slightly damaged when it arrived but the lamp and shade were fine. After putting it together, which was easy, I was very pleased. It looked great, exactly as shown in the picture.

Good Chair, Doesn't Last Very Long

I bought this chair for a very good price and liked it a lot. It was comfortable and attractive. People liked it because it was so plush and an interesting coffee brown. The adjustable arms are very nice, but the seat's height adjustment never felt like it went high enough (I'm over 6 feet).Even though it has a two year warranty, the pleather will not last that long if you use it daily (I do so for work). The material began to crack and flake on the arm within a year, and the seat began to wear off after a year. It was still usable, but looked awful and left little brown flakes everywhere. There is a cloth material under the pleather.Almost a year and a half later (bought in Nov. 2010, pitched in Mar. 2012) the hydraulic height adjustment would flatten out gradually from just sitting in it. I'm kind of heavy (nearly 200 lbs) so maybe that contributed to its early failure.If you're going to use a chair constantly (I used the Odessa II Task Chair almost daily) do not expect it to last very long. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, and the pleather wears and tears quickly. However, if you need a chair for intermittent use and need something affordable, this is a very good option.
