This is a good product, but the seller and customer service has poor quality

(Misc.)I've purchased this before, and if you're looking for a review of the actual product go check out that review. This review is specifically for the quality of customer service.I ordered this a few weeks before my cat had to be euthanized. When I contacted the seller about returning the product since I had no further need for it, they seemed courteous and sympathetic. They gave me an RMA number and I returned it. I didn't expect to get the shipping back, but the seller only refunds 80% of the money spent on the product. They claim this is to cover the cost of the one bottle guarantee they offer to customers, but I hadn't even opened the bottles I had just returned. They also explained that they were actually doing me a favor because they only allow returns if you are a first time customer, not if you are a loyal customer.So the short of it is:-You can ONLY return this product if you are a first time customer and-you will be deducted 20% of the totalJust keep it in mind when purchasing from this seller. Maybe you'd be better off purchasing it under the names of different members of the family or having a friend order it for you if there's a possibility you might need to return it.

Dia-Ionx Pet Diabetes Medicine for Dogs

My 12 year old chow developed diabetes overnight. She lost 15 pounds and developed cataracts in both eyes within 3 days of the first symptoms. I love Willow but I am not a rich man so vet visits or shots are not feasable. I read all the reviews about this product on their official website and I have to say they were right. She has been on this for 2 months now and the weight loss is a thing of the past. She has energy and plays with her sister daily again since we started her on this product. I am not saying it is a cure or that is should replace vet's but for my situation it saved her life as well as gave us more time together. I will continue to give her this poduct in her food and cherish the extra time we have together thanks to this product. I highly recommed giving it a try. I thank God that someone developed it.
