The Frye Company is the oldest continuously operated shoe company in the United States. Founded in 1863 by John A. Frye, a well-to-do shoemaker from England, and family-run until 1945, Frye products have a long and illustrious history. These boots are so well made and comfortable - I love them! The classic style means they will be in my wardrobe for years! I usually take a UK size 5.5 and got these in a US size 7.5 and they fit perfectly. The only drawback is that the top of the boot cannot be adjusted to be made smaller to fit skinnier legs!

My first pair if Fryes... Good quality leather , exactly as described! Got a size US 9.5, I'm a size 10 Australian and a size 40 European ad they fit perfectly. Cant wait to go for a ride on the motorbike with my new boots and they will come in handy when ill be going back to Europe in winter too. Very happy! I also got a pair of Veronica Back zip boots in cognac as I couldn't make up my mind between the two off them :-)
