Previously I had purchased BOSCH water heater products because of my success with their tools. One day one of their heaters exploded. When I called their National Service Number for advice, the person hung-up after I explained my issue. When I called back and got the same person, explained that we were disconnected (giving him the benefit of the doubt) and he said "I don't have time for this s***!" I wrote the BOSCH leadership with dates and times and they NEVER responded. This ended a very long relationship.Now, two years later I needed a new tank-less water heater and, after much research decided on the TAKAGI. This unit is amazing. Easy to install and profoundly efficient with Propane. User's-guide easy to read. For a family of three, not counting dogs, cats and birds, we use about 100 gallons of propane every five months.I would certainly purchase one in the future.

Very easy to install small and light weight. Takes some time to drill the holes into the walls, if you have an older house. Great flow control also. run my at 125 and usually see 123 at the faucet about 20 feet aways
